For a refreshing start to 2023 on New Year’s Day, put on a crazy outfit and jump in the ocean for the second annual Manatee Plunge at the Tiki Bar at Holiday Isle. The bar opens at 11 a.m. and the Manatee Plunge starts at 1 p.m. Registration is $10 per person and includes a free beer. Proceeds will be donated to Give Kids the World, an 89-acre, nonprofit resort in Central Florida that provides weeklong, cost-free vacations to children with life-threatening illnesses and their families.
