Welcome the new year mermaid-style at Absinthe House on Stock Island with the “drop” of a beautiful Florida Keys mermaid “riding” a 14-foot lobster created by local artist Steve King. After taming the lobster, the lovely mermaid will descend 26 feet at midnight to mark the start of 2022.
