Mark the occasion with a chef-made prix fixe dinner menu at Lighthouse Grill from 5 to 10 p.m. featuring pork tenderloin, mushroom Wellington and lobster thermidor. Dinner reservations are required. After dinner, there is to be a “dropping the anchor” from the lighthouse celebration with a champagne toast at midnight. DJ and dancing starts and 9:30 PM.
