People and their pups are invited to register from 12 to 1 p.m. at one of two locations — Hank’s Hair of the Dog Salon at 409 Caroline St. or Tattoos & Scars at 512 Green St. — then at 1 p.m. stroll to all the participating bars in any order from 1 to 5 p.m.. The other locations are General Horseplay, Island Dogs Bar, Retro Room and Shots and Giggles. There will be a best trick contest at 2 p.m. at General Horseplay and a 4 p.m. a costume contest at Tattoo & Scars with lots of fun activities a
