There are no groundhogs in the Florida Keys, but there are conchs! Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters celebrates “Ground Conch” Day by consulting with its resident mollusk meteorologist in its shallow water tank. If it sees its shadow, there will be 6 more weeks of winter — but here in the Keys, that means mild weather with highs in the upper 60s to mid 70s. Enjoy free admission from 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. along with live music, mimosas, coffee and snacks.
