Bay Jam 28 get underway at noon at Islamorada’s Founders Park with free admission. Bands include the Carousers & Micah, the Lower Matt Cats, Scott Youngberg, the Key Largo Jam Band, Uncle Rico, Celtic Sands and Gypsy Sally. There will be arts & craft and food vendors, along with Florid Keys Brewing Company. Well-behaved dogs welcome. No coolers.
