28 Feb 3/23/2024 Monroe County Public Library Marathon: Let’s Talk Eclipses
Learn about solar eclipses and how to view them safely from a NASA ambassador and a representative from the Florida Keys Astronomy Club. With the upcoming solar eclipse on April 8, even though the Keys are not in the path of totality, everyone will still need to learn how to view this astronomical event safely using protective solar viewing glasses and other techniques. The program starts at 2 p.m. at the Marathon Branch library, 3490 Overseas Hwy.
